Ciaran O’Regan has a First Class Honours BSc. in Sports & Exercise Sciences from the University of Limerick. Ciaran currently works as a full-time strength & conditioning coach and sports scientist, and has worked in professional rugby, elite GAA & with dozens of combat sports athletes. Ciaran is also a published researcher and is a regular contributor to online platforms such as Sigma Nutrition.
